PROCES
What does the ordering
process look like?
Individual offer
We are not just another online printing house where customers encounter mindless computer algorithms on the other side. We approach each client individually. You send us an inquiry, we present a tailored proposal, and at every stage we remain open to your suggestions.
Prepress
Our DTP department will help you get through this part of the order. At this stage, we check the correctness of the print-ready files and prepare preview layouts. We inform you about any basic graphic errors in the file and present possible solutions. And all of this comes at no extra cost. Once you approve, we move on to production!
Printing and production
In short, this stage involves printing and bookbinding finishing. Printing is carried out on a calibrated machine, working on so-called optical densities, unless the client has provided or requested a certified proof. The bookbinding process is performed according to industry standards or based on a layout provided by the client. If we detect any inconsistencies, we inform the client and look for a solution together.
Order pickup
It’s ready! Before you can enjoy your product, let us know how you would like it delivered. We offer three options: personal pickup at the printing house, courier delivery, or dedicated transport with our vehicle straight to your door.
